Quarantine & Chill? No. Quarantine, Move & Shake.

Are you feeling lucky? With much of our daily routines halted due to the COVID-19 pandemic, you are probably still adjusting to what a new normal may look like for a few weeks. What we know is that during times of distress, people come together and the saying “stronger together” rings true. We’ve been inspired by how quickly the fitness community has come rallied, begun to livestream workouts, offered longer free trial periods on their apps, and provided a wealth of motivational content. It’s important to keep a pulse on how you are feeling, continue to move , take longer breaks or even have a random dance party. Whatever keeps you going!

To keep the good vibes and “lucky” feelings going. we shared our “Shamrock Shake’ workout on St. Patrick’s Day. Check out the moves and then scroll below for a video you can use to guide you though.

Perform 10-12 reps of each exercise and aim for 3-4 total rounds depending on your fitness level.
