Let's Make it a Foodie Fall

There is so much to love about fall season. There is the gorgeous weather. There’s football to watch and pumpkin patches to visit. There is also the fall fruits and veggies you can use to create some flavorful, healthy goodness. We think the eating gets even better when you can curl up with that goodness in a bowl.

We’ve been bookmarking a lot of meal prep inspo on Instagram. Below are three recipes using some of our favorite fall ingredients like cauliflower, farro and butternut squash. Both of us are also focusing more on mostly plant-based diets, so these are great to keep in mind when we are stuck in a rut.
