Holiday Movies, but Make it Fitness

The holiday break is upon us and we know what that can mean. Catching up with friends over dinner and one too many drinks, desserts galore and huddling on the couch in your favorite pajamas. If you are like us and enjoy a Christmas movie…or five in a row, those hours can fly by with little movement.

We’ve come up with a great solution. Enjoy that movie, but make it fitness. There is typically a formula to what makes the movies magical. Squat, lunge and plank your way to a few extra calories burned this holiday season.
