Veggie Cauli-Fried Rice


“In the kitchen wrist twistin’ like a stir fry (whip it).”


This time of year, all we want to do is curl up with our Christmas tree insight, a great movie and comfort food in a bowl. While this sounds amazing, let’s be real. This season doesn’t typically allow for a lot of time to cook. The holiday parties, get-togethers with friends, and spending time with family may have you reaching for all the snacks and not enough balanced options. We are surrounded by all the holiday greats, soups, stews, cakes, and gingerbread, but every now and then we want something a little out of the box, like a good fried rice!

We’re sharing a healthy spin on an indulgent favorite that is super quick to prepare. All we can say is, “Whole Foods to the rescue!”


Vegetable Cauli-Fried Rice


  • 1 bag of 365Organic Riced Cauliflower

  • 1 bag of 365 Organic Stir Fry Blend

  • 1 tbsp. of Peanut Oil

  • 1 tbsp. of Garlic Olive Oil

  • 3 large white eggs

  • Seasame Seed Oil to taste

  • Salt

  • Pepper



  1. Heat the olive oil a large skillet of over medium heat.

  2. Saute’ the stir fry blend of vegetables for 4-6 minutes; remove from the skillet and set aside.

  3. Add the peanut oil and saute’ the riced cauliflower for 5-8 minute; Season with the sesame seed oil and combine with the stir fry blend.

  4. Scramble the three large white eggs, season to your preference; Top the rice with eggs.
