Springtime is here and we’ve already experienced some gorgeous days. You can bring that same refresh and renew spirit of the season to your workouts. Look for ways to keep them exciting and different, like grabbing your friend and hitting the gym together.

If you follow us on social, you know we are both training for fitness events. Shawnie is just 12 weeks out from her second bikini competition and CaCera is one week away from her next Spartan Race. With shared goals of building and toning, we got in a partner workout this past weekend at D.T.L.A. Fitness with Shawnie’s coach, Jod Avalos.

It was a great way for us to shake up our routines a little bit and support each other. There was also a good bit of laughing and goofing around.
