Dumbbells are a trusted old friend for a good reason! They travel well, you can use them practically anywhere, and are fantastic for piecing together a great workout, especially if you are newer to lifting weights. We have two great full-body exercises to get you started!  Grab a pair of 5 lbs - 12 lbs dumbbells and try them out!

Remember, it’s always ok to modify your workout. Be sure to check with your doctor, especially if you are recovering from an injury.

Finesse Tip: You can always go up and down with how much weight you use throughout the workout, whatever makes you feel most comfortable!
